Ceist:1329 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application for vesting on arbitration will be adjudicated on by the Land Registry for a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [15408/02]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a vesting certificate which was lodged on 28 May 2002.
I am further informed that a query was raised with the lodging solicitor on 28 June 2002 and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
