Ceist:

1334 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will review the case of a person (details supplied) on compassionate grounds in view of the issues raised by the principal and staff of St. Joseph's Secondary School; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person referred to by the Deputy has sought leave of the High Court to apply for judicial review of the decision in her case. In the circumstances, it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment in relation to her case until the judicial review proceedings have been determined.
