1406 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will ensure that a person's application (details supplied) in County Sligo for transfer of deed is immediately processed; when it will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16859/02]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application pending on this folio at present. If the Deputy can provide me with the date of lodgment of the application and a Land Registry reference number I will make further inquiries on his behalf.
