299 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if he has received a report from Kildare County Council in relation to persistent flooding at Mill Lane, Leixlip, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20479/02]

I am advised by my officials in the Office of Public Works that no report has been received to date from Kildare County Council in relation to flooding at Mill Lane, Leixlip.
