337 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will ensure that Bethany Home, Dublin, is included in the list of children's and young people's institutions for the purposes of the Residential Institutions Redress Act, 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Residential Institutions Redress Act, 2002, contains a schedule of institutions. This list is not exhaustive and further institutions and homes can be added as they are identified. Bethany Home is one of a number of homes which are being considered in this regard.
