I propose to take Questions Nos. 668 to 670, inclusive, together.

My Department paid Arks Limited €144,526.02 – £113,823.49 – in 1999 to undertake a public awareness campaign to promote the introduction of the national car test. This function is now the responsibility of the Minister for Transport. There are no records of payments to any of the other four companies listed.
