The national assessment committee of the young people's facilities and services fund, which is chaired by my Department, is currently examining capital proposals submitted by the development groups under round two of the fund. With regard to services projects, the committee is awaiting the completion of the external evaluation of the fund, which is due shortly, before seeking such proposals under round two. A decision on round two of the fund will be taken in the context of the 2003 Estimates.

Ceist:718 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the projects recommended and those approved for funding under the RAPID programme in the Dublin Central Constituency. [20143/02]
The position is that all the proposals from the Dublin north west inner city RAPID plan have been forwarded to the relevant Department for evaluation and implementation. My Department is responsible for seven of these projects. The allocation of funding to the projects under the remit of my Department will be considered under the next round of allocations under the young people's facilities and services fund in the context of the 2003 Estimates. Other Departments will be in a position to give an update on funding allocations for the proposals under their remit.
