Written Answers. - Departmental Restructuring.
The main element of organisational restructuring carried out in my Department to date in 2002 has been the establishment in May of the agriculture appeals office in Portlaoise. A director was appointed to the office on 13 May. To date, ten appeals officers and three support staff have been allocated to the new office. Additional staff will be made available if required as the work of the office develops.
