236 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will contact Bus Éireann with regard to school transport for persons (details supplied) in County Sligo in order to have them picked up at their home in view of the fact that they reside in a remote rural area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has requested a report from Bus Éireann regarding the school bus route in question. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as the report is received and assessed.
