I propose to take Questions Nos. 190 to 193 inclusive, 195 and 197 together.

In view of the delay by the Western Health Board in replying to the original request, I have asked my Department to contact the chief executive officer of the board as a matter of urgency and I have been assured that replies will issue immediately.
