Ceist:

89 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs his views on whether members of the Nationalist community working as civil servants are being victimised due to their address and background; and if he will demand that this practice ceases immediately. [22072/02]

I will continue to closely monitor developments in all such cases, including any concerns which may arise in relation to fair employment or equality matters. PSNI has a professional obligation to be absolutely impartial in all such matters.
