397 Mr. Crowe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has any plans to carry out any further investigation following the statement of the Garda in regard to the alleged collusion in Tallaght Garda station in the death of a person (details supplied) that he gave in his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 1340 of 9 October 2002. I am not aware of a suggestion that gardaí in Tallaght colluded in the death of the person named by the Deputy. In the circumstances, I refer the Deputy to my answer to Question No. 1340 of 9 October 2002, which dealt with an allegation that the Garda had concealed evidence. I remind the Deputy that the circumstances of the death in question were fully dealt with in open court.
