104 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the dates on which his Department received the Coillte Teoranta Timber Trading Limited annual report and accounts for year ended 31 December, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 respectively. [22325/02]
The company to which the Deputy refers is a 100% held subsidiary company of Coillte Teoranta. The consolidated results of Coillte Teoranta Timber Trading Limited were included in the annual report and accounts of Coillte Teoranta for each of the years in question. Pursuant to sections 30(2) and 31(1) of the Forestry Act, 1988, the reports and accounts were laid before each House of the Oireachtas no later than six months after the end of each accounting year.
