105 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the steps being taken to ensure the more efficient collection of television licence fees, having regard to reports suggesting that up to 200,000 homes do not have a licence; when the proposed amendments to the television licence fee regulations will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Proposals in relation to possible amendments to the television licence fee regulations are currently being developed by my Department.
