124 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when he expects to receive the report of the high level review of the State's commercial ports; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22342/02]
I expect to receive the report of high level review of the State commercial ports operating under the Harbours Acts, 1996 to 2000, by the end of year, or earlier. Following consideration of the report, it is my intention to publish it and initiate a public consultation process to give all stakeholders an opportunity to make submissions or comment on its findings and recommendations.
