474 Mr. Coveney asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will direct all local authorities to draw up development plans for the offshore pertaining to their area of responsibility, as obligated by the Planning and Development Act, 2000, and the subsequent regulations effected on 11 March 2002.
