Written Answers. - Land Registry.
The query raised by the Land Registry on 22 May 2002 referred to the production of a land certificate. My Department requested the certificate from the solicitors for the previous owners who surrendered the land. There is ongoing correspondence on this matter but to date the land certificate cannot be located.
