Ceist:

342 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when it is proposed to act on the recommendations of the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution regarding the abolition of the university franchise for Seanad Éireann elections; and if he will introduce legislation to extend the franchise to all third level institutions.
