176 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position in relation to an area aid payment for 2002 for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25942/02]
The person named included a parcel of land on his 2002 area aid application which overlapped with a land parcel belonging to another herd owner.
The area aid unit contacted the person named to clarify the matter. The correct boundary for the land parcel has now been established and his 2002 area aid application has now been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 69.24 hectares.
