Ceist:211 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the moneys which have been expended in his Department by area and projects to date, under the RAPID and CLÁR programmes. [25857/02]

The RAPID and CLÁR programmes were introduced on foot of commitments in the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness for a targeted investment programme in both urban and rural disadvantaged areas.
As none of the proposals from the areas in question fall within the remit of my Department there are no funding implications for it under this programme.
