233 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress in relation to the approval given by Government in November 2001 for a new school building for the school of the Holy Spirit, Gaol Road, Kilkenny; the position regarding site purchase; if this special needs school catering for emotionally disturbed children and those with autism will be given priority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has requested the property management section of the Office of Public Works to report on the possibility of acquiring a site at Seville Lodge, Kilkenny. The matter will be considered further as soon as the report is received.
