234 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science the situation with respect to the allocation of funding for the An Óige Youth Hostel, Aughavannagh, County Wicklow, as outlined in the budget speech of 1998 or 1999; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25712/02]

Capital funding approved for An Óige has not yet been drawn down. I understand that An Óige is not yet in a position to draw down the funding.
