Ceist:313 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will publish the Dunne interim report or make it available to those concerned through the Parents for Justice Group; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25455/02]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 312 and 313 together.
At my request, the chairman of the Post Mortem Inquiry, Ms Anne Dunne SC, submitted a report on progress to date to me in early October. This was followed by an addendum to the report on 7 November last. Both of these documents were laid before the House last week and were also made available to Parents for Justice. The documents may also be accessed on my Department's website.
