I refer the Deputy to the reply to Question No. 583 of 17 April 2002. Due to the large number of representations received on behalf of the person concerned and the complex situation in his country of origin, officials of my Department are carrying out detailed research in relation to this case prior to recommending a course of action. However, I expect to receive the case file very shortly.
