277 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Health and Children if he received a service plan for 2003 from Baltinglass District Hospital, County Wicklow; if so, the plans he has to sanction the requested proposals; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4082/03]

Service planning in relation to Baltinglass District Hospital is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority. Accordingly, my Department has requested the chief executive officer of the ERHA to reply directly to the Deputy.
