O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Transport if he will consider giving an exemption to people who were holders of a full driving licence but who failed to renew same by permitting their licences to be reissued without having to take a driving test, particularly in view of the fact that full licence holders were not notified by their local authority that their licences were due for renewal.
