Ceist:

268 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the national development plan outlay in the Waterford constituency for 2002; the percentage this was of his Department's total national development plan outlay for 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4709/03]

Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Cowen):

As none of the proposals in the national development plan for the Waterford constituency fall within the remit of the Department of Foreign Affairs, there was no outlay for the Department in that constituency in 2002.
