Ceist:

289 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who will attend secondary school in September 2003 in Kilkenny city and who lives over three miles from the school will be included on the school bus route. [4543/03]

A report regarding the pupil in question has been requested from the transport liaison officer, County Kilkenny Vocational Education Committee. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as the report has been received and assessed.
