307 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Education and Science the number of programmes under the school completion programme which have not been allowed to appoint co-ordinators; the locations in this regard; if an embargo has been placed on further appointments; if so, when the embargo will be lifted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
