393 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the recent discovery of a lethal mix of poisons in the site of the Dublin Port Tunnel (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4305/03]

Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan):

I am aware of the issue to which the Deputy is referring. However, this is a matter for the contractor, the National Roads Authority and Dublin City Council.
