425 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing in the Land Registry Office will be completed for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if it can be urgently expedited as the delay is causing great hardship. [4608/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer of part which was lodged on 23 July 2002. Dealing Number D2002SM006539J refers.
I am further informed that this application is associated with a Land Commission Schedule Number 93235 and that queries issued to the solicitors branch of the Department of Agriculture and Food in relation to the schedule application on 19 December 2001, 20 May 2002 and on 14 February 2003. I am also informed that the dealing cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily dealt with.
However, I can assure the Deputy that the application will receive further attention on receipt of a satisfactory reply to the queries on the Schedule application.
