469 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the NDP outlay in the Waterford constituency for 2002; the percentage this was of his Department's total NDP outlay for 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4717/03]

A sum of €2,207,278 was spent in County Waterford under my Department's NDP in 2002. My Department's provisional total expenditure under the scheme for 2002 was €141,106,393. The amount spent in Waterford represents 1.56% of my Department's total NDP expenditure in 2002.
