Ceist:79 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm development grant will be awarded to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5065/03]
Written Answers - Grant Payments.
The person is an applicant under the farm waste management scheme. However, an inspection of the work concerned, carried out by an officer of the Department on 19 December 2002, revealed that some of the work was not fully completed. The applicant was informed of this on the date of the inspection and agreed to notify the local office when the required works were carried out. To date, my Department has received no communication to that effect from the applicant.
