178 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 364 of 26 November 2002, if an appointment will be made for a person (details supplied) in County Carlow at St. James's Hospital, Dublin; the reasons the appointment was not made in February 2003 as promised; and if the treatment required will be expedited in view of this person's changed medical circumstances.
