264 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Education and Science when a decision will be made on an application for home tuition for a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6623/03]

A decision on the application for home tuition will be made in my Department within the next few days and a decision will be conveyed to the parents immediately afterwards.
