I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 463 of 11 February 2003. Since then a sum of €3 million has been allocated in the Revised Estimates for 2003 towards the establishment and operation of a remembrance fund to assist persons bereaved and injured in this jurisdiction as a result of the conflict in Northern Ireland.
