Ceist:269 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education and Science if all of the land has now been acquired for the new secondary school in Castlegregory; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10556/03]

The acquisition of a site for the proposed new second level school in Castlegregory has not yet been finalised. The site in question comprises a number of parcels of land. One of these parcels is owned by Castlegregory Community Council and some details in relation to this remain to be resolved.
