299 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children his views on whether it is acceptable that a hospital (details supplied) in Dublin 3 is proposing to sell land at the rear of 57-67 Griffith Court, Dublin 3, to a private developer. [10474/03]

St. Vincent's Hospital, Fairview, Dublin 3, is a voluntary hospital set up by a private charitable trust, St. Vincent's Hospital Trust, and I therefore have no function in relation to any proposal by the hospital to sell the land in question.
