Breen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if persons will be facilitated with the provision of a crèche in existing housing developments in an area that is already in existence with young children and the burden of title on tenant purchased property removed; the place it is proposed to house the facility in an existing local authority house which comes on the market; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
