Written Answers. - Anti-Smoking Measures.
On 30 January 2003 at the launch of the report on the health effects of environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) in the workplace, I announced a prohibition on smoking in places of work which will come into operation on 1 January 2004. This prohibition will include shopping centres.
