Ceist:

375 Mr. Gogarty asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will report on the progress of the Garda investigation into an organisation (details supplied) for fraud, and other individuals for copyright violation. [10805/03]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell):

I am informed by the Garda authorities that this matter was investigated by the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation. I understand that a file was completed and forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions, whose directions are awaited.
