85 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he has received the report of the high level review of the State's commercial ports which he told Dáil Éireann on 19 November 2002 was expected by the end of 2002; when the report will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that the final report of the high level review of the State commercial ports has been received by my Department. I intend to publish the report in the coming weeks together with a policy statement on ports which will be the subject of a consultation process with stakeholders on the future development of our ports.
