Ceist:

142 Ms Burton asked the Minister for Finance the costs to date of security, maintenance and upkeep of the former premises of a company (details supplied) at Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, acquired by his Department in 2002; when the building will be occupied for use by his Department as proposed; and the estimated cost of the complete project. The above premises were procured by the Commissioners of Public Works on behalf of the probation and welfare service in July 2002. A monitored alarm was installed at a cost of €2,000 and no other costs have been incurred to date. The estimated cost of the project is €1.95 million and construction is expected to be completed by mid 2004.
