221 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 111 of 27 February, the situation regarding the bilateral working holiday programme between Ireland and Canada which is awaiting a signature by Canada and Ireland of a memorandum of understanding. [13446/03]

On 8 May the memorandum of understanding was signed by myself and the Canadian Ambassador and it entered into effect immediately.

Irish people wishing to participate in the programme should contact the Canadian High Commission in London for information and application details.
