I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 26 March 2002. Dealing Number D2002SM003529R refers.
I am further informed that this application is associated with an application for a transfer of part which was lodged on 19 December 2001. Dealing Number D2001SM009566R refers. I am also informed that a query was issued on 15 May 2003 in relation to Dealing Number D2001SM009566R and that the two applications cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry Office.
