116 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5; and if the Eastern Regional Health Authority will give the maximum support, advice and assistance to this person. [17292/03]

Responsibility for the matter referred to by the Deputy rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has therefore asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
