32 Mr. Kirk asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda has any evidence to indicate the accuracy or otherwise of reports regarding the recent newspaper speculation about the murder of a person (details supplied); if he will consider the need for a public inquiry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Garda authorities that there is no fresh evidence available to them that would assist in the investigation of this murder.
