320 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 359 of 17 June 2003, the details of the independent review and audit regarding the care of the person concerned; and the names and positions of those completing the review and audit. [17651/03]

The establishment and composition of the independent clinical review and audit regarding the care and treatment of the person concerned is entirely a matter for the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board. I am informed that he is giving priority attention to this matter.
