545 Ms B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the status of the application from Kerry County Council to build houses (details supplied); if the council will be given the go-ahead without delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Mr. Cullen):

My Department has recently received pre-tender documents from Kerry County Council in regard to a two house scheme at Woodbrook, Caherciveen, County Kerry. The proposal is currently under examination and it is expected that a decision will be made shortly.
