111 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo, who called to the Office of Public Works district office to apply for a wayleave as advised in parliamentary questions (details supplied), was told that the Office of Public Works does not deal with the matter any longer; and the locations these people should go to appeal for a wayleave to move cattle over State owned foreshore in view of the fact that the Office of Public Works claim that Dúchas should deal with this matter. A representative of the Office of Public Works will contact the person referred to by the Deputy with a view to progressing his request for a wayleave to move cattle over the foreshore in question.
